Full-Time & Part-Time Sales Associate:
We are looking for an individual that cares about the quality of products and services they represent, their customers, and
their co-workers. This individual must be self-motivated, energized, customer service and sales focused.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting & Assisting Customers
- Firearms/Ammunition Inventory Sales
- Hunting/Fishing Inventory Sales
- Processing ATF. 4473 Forms
- Pricing/Stocking
- Light Cleaning Duties
Applicant should possess one or more years sales/customer service experience. Minimal knowledge of firearms and their
accessories required. Hunting and fishing merchandise knowledge a plus, however, training is available.
Employment Hours:
Full-Time: Tuesday thru Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-Time: Tuesday thru Friday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Starting pay is determined based on knowledge and experience. Raises are considered/provided based on 90 day &
yearly evaluations. PTO/Vacation hours available after completion of training and up to a year of employment.
Full-Time & Part-Time Cashier:
We are looking for an individual that can provide friendly, responsive service to our customers. A cashier’s attitude directly
effects how Victoria All Sports as a whole is perceived. Victoria All Sports’ cashiers play a vital role in our day to day
operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting & Assisting Customers
- Receiving Payments
- Answering Multi-Line Phone System & Directing Calls
- Handling Special Orders & Layaways
- Assisting With Inventory Sales
- Pricing/Stocking
- Light Cleaning Duties
Applicant should possess one or more years cashiering & customer service experience. Knowledge of firearms, hunting,
and fishing a plus; however, not required.

Part-Time Office Assistant:
We are looking for an individual that can assist the Store Managers in day to day tasks/operations in a timely and effective
manner. The Assistant will need to possess leadership skills in the area of customer service and have the ability to multitask and think independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting With Processing Invoices, Statements, & Quotes
- Filing Documents
- Customer Calls
- Collection of Purchase Orders/Invoices
- Cashiering/Sales as Needed
- Creating Sales Flyers for Displays/Ads
- Other Duties as Assigned by Management
Applicant should possess one or more years experience in customer service and retail operations. Knowledge of
computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, & etc.), multi-phone systems, & retail equipment required.
